Your organization has made a strategic commitment to “go Agile.” But does everyone know what that means? Join us as we explore the implications of transitioning to Agile for people, process, and technology, and also for organizational structure and culture. Chris will discuss systemic agility, the difference between adoption and transformation, the need for healthy clearings and ecosystems, and the dreaded “corporate antibodies.” He will share his own failures and successes as an executive leader and as an “external” enterprise Agile transformation consultant, and will leave you with some very practical tips on how to go beyond just talking about “doing agile” to getting results.
