Kate O’Brien is the people insights team lead at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard. Kate and her team are passionate about using research, data and analytics to understand — and improve — team effectiveness, engagement, and retention. Over the past 18 years, through a variety of management consulting, change management, and organizational development roles, Kate developed expertise in strategy definition and implementation; organizational development; process design and process improvement; team effectiveness; and change management.
