Many IT organizations need to prove that their applications and services comply with internal and external regulations, including ITGC, COBIT, PCI, SOX, HIPAA, and GaMP, just to name a few. These same organizations have discovered Agile as a great mindset and toolset for building great products and services that people love. As agilists, we value customer collaboration and responding to change, but auditors seem to value contract negotiation and following big upfront plans. In this session, we’ll explore how to form partnerships with your auditors to ensure that everyone – stakeholders, agile teams, and auditors – succeed together.

About the Speaker:

Savvy Katham is a seasoned Agile and modern delivery management consultant. She has over two decades of experience across various industries, including pharma, insurance, food, finance, and technology. Savvy trains and coaches leaders and teams to reap the benefits of Agile, and strongly believes that coaching and guiding are opportunities to bring out the intrinsic qualities of people who are working in highly challenging environments.
